Yes, on the PRO plan. After you add the Gift Card Hero tile to your POS layout, staff can check balances, top up cards and refund to a gift card. Customers pay with the gift card at checkout like any Shopify gift card. POS needs an internet connection.
Yes. The buyer picks the delivery date and time on the product page, and the recipient gets the eGift card by email at that moment.
Yes. Sell physical cards alongside eGift cards, assign printed codes to orders, and optionally add a charge for the physical card.
Upload a CSV with values, recipient emails and optional delivery dates. You can also generate codes, update existing cards and export card data to CSV.
On PRO ($19.99/month, $39.99 for Shopify Plus stores) you pay a flat monthly price with no per-order or percentage fees. The pay-as-you-go plan charges 2% of gift card sales, at least $9.99 and at most $49.99 a month.
Yes. A payment rule can hide gift cards as a payment method when the cart contains products from a collection such as Sale. The rule applies to the whole cart, so an order with one sale item can't be paid with a gift card.
