Yes. Multistore sync works across any Shopify plan combination -- Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. The feature is available on the Pro plan and above.
Balance updates propagate across the network in under 2 seconds. There are no batch jobs or scheduled syncs -- every transaction triggers an immediate update to all connected stores.
Yes. Each store can operate in its own currency. Balances are stored in the currency of the issuing store and converted at the current exchange rate when redeemed at a store with a different currency.
The same offline mode that works for single-store POS applies to the network. Transactions are queued locally and sync automatically when connectivity is restored. Balance conflicts are resolved using last-write-wins with full audit trail.
Yes. Multistore sync is included in the Pro ($19.99/mo) and Shopify Plus ($39.99/mo) plans at no additional cost. Each store in the network needs its own subscription.
Yes. Each store in the network can have its own redemption rules -- collection restrictions, cart minimums, and product exclusions. Network-wide rules can also be set from any store in the network.
